Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear, parent of Gear for Sports and Knights Apparel, is seeking a warehouse picker in Pharr, TX to support its fast-paced distribution operations.

You will pull customer orders using pick-to-light, verify SKUs, count garments, and prepare totes for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality. The role emphasizes safe, efficient workflow and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Experience preferred, not required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Have a complete knowledge of pulling in pick to light. Accurately count garments, verify SKU, add totes to orders, split totes, short totes, etc.
• Process high volume of work with little if any assistance and maintain quality and quantity of work processed
• Accurately pull orders and replacements
• Maintain a safe and clean environment—discard all empty boxes/trash
• Verify work integrity and customer satisfaction by accurately pulling orders by count and SKU
