Job summary

GritR Sports is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for evening operations in North Richland Hills, Texas. This role focuses on managing inventory flow and team performance in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities include overseeing Inventory and Outbound teams, maintaining performance metrics, and training new hires. Ideal candidates should have prior leadership experience and be adept at problem-solving and organization. Competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Full proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist evening operations ensuring daily objectives are met.
• Apply knowledge of packing and shipping processes to streamline workflow.
• Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics.
• Serve as liaison between Warehouse Management and team members.
• Maintain and update SOP’s.
• Lead training and integration of new hires.
• Ensure Receiving Dock and Transit bins are cleared nightly.
• Delegate workload for Outbound/Inventory teams.
