Job summary

Overaa Construction is seeking a high-potential Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in healthcare and related construction projects. The PM acts as quarterback, guiding pre-planning, de-risking, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget in line with Overaa values.

This role supports Bay Area projects with a primary focus on the East Bay. You will lead a team of professionals, mentor staff, and cultivate strong client relationships while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project management experience across all construction phases.
• Healthcare or related commercial construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Organized with a systematic approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Tactical project execution including project approach and deliverables.
• Direct and motivate personnel and trade partners to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage owner/subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Build strategic client accounts through business development activities.
