Job summary

Overaa Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Building Group in Richmond, CA, leading the delivery of complex public and institutional projects, including essential-service facilities such as police and fire stations, courthouses, and healthcare facilities.

An Overaa Senior Project Manager serves as a senior leader of the project team, responsible for successfully delivering complex projects while developing strong teams and lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large, complex commercial, public, or institutional building projects.
• Knowledge of preconstruction, project planning, buyout, cost management, scheduling, change management, contract administration, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex building projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, including PMs, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Team Coordinators, and Project Accountants.
• Develop project strategy, establish team priorities, and ensure safety, schedule, quality, cost, and contractual requirements.
