Consolidated Edison Company of New York seeks a Chief Construction Inspector to lead field Inspectors and Construction Representatives on municipal/public improvement projects. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate with agency representatives and contractors, and ensure compliance with design documents and regulatory requirements.

You will review documentation, approve eFARs, and maintain accurate field records while coordinating safety and scheduling across multiple priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of construction supervision experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years.
• Experience supervising field personnel and overseeing municipal or agency construction projects.
• Knowledge of MAXIMO/CworX, eFAR/eDAR, invoice tracking and payment support.
• Ability to interface with municipal agencies, contractors and internal teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and company procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Inspectors and Construction Representatives on municipal and agency projects.
• Interface between field organization, agency representatives, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate in constructability reviews and provide field input on feasibility and design refinements.
• Review project packages, layouts, and field conditions for gaps and conflicts.
• Review and approve eFARs and verify field documentation.
• Verify daily activity reports, invoices, and related documentation.
• Ensure contractor invoices are processed in MAXIMO and tracking systems.
• Document changes to field data forms and record deviations.
• Ensure work complies with design documents and as-constructed records.
