Job summary

DC Health, part of the District of Columbia Department of Health, seeks a Supervisory Public Health Analyst to oversee the Core Surveillance branch within the HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD and TB Administration (HAHSTA). You will manage case investigation activities for HIV, STDs, viral hepatitis, and TB, coordinating data analysis and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to CS-12 in public health or healthcare.
• Experience in program management, staff supervision, and quality improvement.
• Experience in partnership development and collaboration across disciplines.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Core Surveillance branch to promote and protect public health.
• Lead data analysis and dissemination to stakeholders including healthcare providers and the public.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for staff in clinical and community settings to strengthen coordination.
