Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/experience substitutions allowed per qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and follow-up for HIV/AIDS cases; regular travel within NYC.
• Collect data via medical chart abstractions and ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and facilities; communicate changes.
• Perform routine match reviews with attention to detail.
• Collect PRFs, train providers on reporting procedures.
