Qualifications

• BA/BS in public health, science, policy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or public health sectors, with 2+ years in Public Affairs/Patient Advocacy or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, translating strategy into operational activities.
• Deliver initiatives to improve disease awareness, vaccine confidence, and access with clear accountability for workstreams.
• Track, analyze, and report progress against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Build relationships with patient advocacy groups, medical societies, and public health organizations within an assigned portfolio.
• Execute engagement activities and collaborative programs with follow-through and continuity.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate stakeholder insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to digitally-enabled engagement efforts including social listening, digital campaigns, and online community engagement.
• Support collection, analysis, and reporting of program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Develop familiarity with AI-powered tools and analytics platforms.
• Partner with policy, communications, medical, and market access to support aligned execution.
• Share stakeholder perspectives to enrich cross-functional planning.
• Coordinate integrated stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Ensure activities adhere to corporate, legal, and regulatory standards; manage deliverables and timelines.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
