Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, on-site role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Massachusetts. Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $42.00 per hour.

Employment type is Full-Time with comprehensive benefits and immigration support for eligible candidates. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply and join a team with 30+ years of excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence
