Tender Touch Rehab Services in Middleborough, MA is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) to join our SNF/Long-Term Care team. Must hold an active PTA license in MA. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $42.00 per hour with full-time schedules and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Current PTA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Lead/mentor in the PTA discipline and assist rehab supervisor in their absence.
