Tender Touch Rehab Services in Middleborough, MA is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with competitive hourly pay and strong professional support.

The role requires an APTA-accredited PTA program degree and an active PTA license in the state, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence.
