Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. Compensation is $38.00-$42.00 per hour, with full-time benefits and immigration support for H1B candidates.

As a lead PTA, you will provide treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, mentor colleagues, and help ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your discipline. Asssume rehab supervisor duties in absence.
