Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Massachusetts. The role involves leading PTA duties, supervising under a licensed PT, and coordinating with team members to deliver quality care in SNF/Long-Term Care settings.

Formación

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence.
