HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join as a full-time Program Manager in Marietta, OH, overseeing Elison Assisted Living & Memory Care and Glenwood. This leadership role combines clinical therapy with program development and team building to enhance resident outcomes.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45–$50, sign-on bonus of $5,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT/SLP in state or eligible for licensure.
• 3–5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring and performance appraisals.
• Maintain clinical oversight and ensure high-quality therapy services in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and grow therapy programs, including wellness and dementia initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage.
• Resolve issues promptly with staff and patients, providing ongoing education and training.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safe, compliant operations.
