Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy and/or related PT/OT/PTA fields.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA, or license eligible.
• Experience: 3–5 years in rehabilitation or related healthcare field.
• Supervisory/management experience in healthcare, rehab therapy preferred.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills for managing a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring and performance appraisals.
• Maintain clinical caseload and ensure high-quality therapy services per regulatory standards.
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead local marketing efforts.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage.
• Investigate issues and provide ongoing staff education and training.
• Keep up-to-date with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid regulations and infection control.
