Job summary

Welltech Partners in Salinas, CA seeks a Physical Therapist Center Director to lead outpatient services. This full-time role manages PTA & aides, supports clinicians, and delivers patient-centered therapy for adults in a busy clinic. The position requires a CA-licensed PT with a DPT, CPR (preferred), and EMR experience; new grads welcomed.

Qualifications

• Valid California PT license required.
• DPT in Physical Therapy.
• New grads welcome.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with physical limitations or impairments.
• Develop and implement PT programs focused on rehabilitation.
• Work with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and home exercises.
• Record treatment plans, progress and changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for comprehensive care.
• Manage 12–14 patients per day (1 pt every 30 mins).
• Oversee PTA & aides (1–2 staff) with leadership responsibilities without extra admin duties.
