Job summary

Welltech Partners in Stockton, CA seeks a Physical Therapist to lead outpatient clinic operations, evaluate and treat adult patients, and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize rehab outcomes.

The role offers full-time and part-time options, competitive pay ($105k-$130k annually or PRN $50-$70/hr), benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, relocation/sign-on bonus, and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed California Physical Therapist with active license.
• New grads welcome; DPT preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments.
• Develop and implement rehab programs to maximize recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and patient progress.
• Reach 12-14 patients per day; supervise PTA & aides.

Physical TherapistCenter Director | Stockton

Location: Stockton, CA.

Job type: Full-time, outpatient clinic (adult).

Shift: Full time, part time, PRN, flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or impairments.
• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• 12 - 14 patients/day ( 1 pt every 30 mins).
• Management of PTA & aides, 1- 2 at most.
• Benefit of leadership skills without additional administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT in Physical Therapy or related field (preferred)
• NEW GRADS WELCOME.
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.
