Job summary

LifeStance Health in Columbia, SC is seeking a qualified Psychometrist to support licensed psychologists by administering and scoring tests, and by creating test data summaries. You will interact with clinicians and patients, maintain records, and assist with scheduling and reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Psychology, have testing experience, and can communicate clearly. This role offers a stable schedule, on-site work, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in psychology or related field.
• Prior experience in counseling or testing is highly preferred.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score psychological/neuropsychological assessments
• Create test data summary tables
• Provide detailed behavioral observations
• Maintain, organize, and order testing materials
• Establish rapport with patients during evaluation
• Interact with psychologists and discuss results
• Schedule follow-ups for psychologists who schedule them
• Send/collect test measures to/from patients
• Address patient questions regarding test completion
• Upload/send patient reports to patients and referral sources
• Assist with maintenance of patient records
• Other duties as needed by supervisor
