Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and observe changes in patient condition.
• Follow treatment plan goals and document progress and interventions.
• Assist with discharge planning and personal hygiene tasks.
• Supervise and mentor mental health technicians per policy and training.
