Job summary

Qualifications

• Primary function is to ensure patient safety and oversee MHT care.
• Education: High School Degree or equivalent; CNA preferred.
• Certifications: BLS/CPR plus Crisis Prevention & Behavioral Management training.

Responsibilities

• Lead MHTs with planning, oversight and mentorship.
• Train and mentor MHT staff under Nurse Educator guidance.
• Maintain safety and quality of patient care, including de-escalation when needed.
