Universal Health Services is seeking a Lead Mental Health Associates Aide to supervise MHTs and support direct patient care under the clinical team. The role emphasizes maintaining a therapeutic and safe milieu while ensuring proper supervision of residents and accurate health data management.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with behavioral health patients, CPR and aggression management training, and a high school diploma; a BA/BS in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with behavioral health patients, children, adolescents, or special needs populations preferred.
• CPR and age-specific training completed or within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee MHTs and direct patient care under clinical supervision to maintain a therapeutic, safe milieu.
• Record vital signs, assist with head-to-toe assessments, ensure proper clinical documentation, and maintain health data and records.
• Run therapeutic group sessions and perform 15-minute observation rounds within ethical guidelines.
