Job summary
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking nursing staff for the Mount Vernon Developmental Center. Responsibilities include assessing nursing needs, implementing care plans, and coordinating medical appointments.

Qualifications

- Psychiatric or developmentally disabled nursing knowledge.
- Employee training & development; regulations relating to nursing.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate nursing/medical needs; implement nursing care plan; observe and record patient status; coordinate clinical appointments and administer care.
- Direct delivery of psychiatric and nursing care; monitor LPN medication administration and patient care.
- Prepare and review records and reports; update care plans; transcribe orders; participate in interdisciplinary teams and training.
