Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• MBA/MPH or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations or related fields.
• Lean/Six Sigma or project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads provider productivity, patient access, capacity management, and clinic template optimization across regions.
• Partners with System Chief Medical Officer to improve physician and APP productivity and utilization.
• Monitors performance using productivity metrics and benchmarks.
• Establishes access, scheduling, and template standards to improve efficiency.
• Evaluates hiring and ROI for providers, aligning with financial metrics.
