• Willingness to travel 20–30% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototype validation activities for gas turbine components and systems.
• Develop detailed validation plans and strategies aligned with requirements and milestones.
• Execute testing with instrumentation setup, troubleshooting, and data acquisition.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and systems teams for resource and budget planning.
• Ensure safety, quality processes, and regulatory compliance in validation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and tools.
