With 5–10+ years in gas turbine operation, you will lead prototype validation, analyze fleet data, and collaborate with global teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in gas turbine development.
• 5–10+ years’ expertise in gas turbine operation.
• Demonstrated protection philosophy by safeguarding people, assets, information, and operations through risk management, prevention, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Solid gas turbine auxiliary systems knowledge and understanding of interfaces, operation, troubleshooting, and protection.
• Proven global leader with ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Agile / LEAN mindset focused on continuous improvement, speed, and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own the operating and protection strategy for Siemens Energy’s 9000HL fleet gas turbines, ensuring safe, reliable performance.
• Partner with experts across turbines, combustion, compressor, and auxiliary systems to develop next-generation operating solutions.
• Lead prototype validation from concept to execution, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Turn fleet data into action by identifying trends and deploying enhancements across the global 9HL fleet.
• Collaborate with engineering teams worldwide to deliver solutions that meet product requirements and customer expectations.
• Support product launches and advancing the 9000HL portfolio.
