Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior systems engineering experience (or 6 years with graduate degree).
• Active US Secret Security Clearance is required to start.
• Experience in aerospace or defense systems engineering and propulsion disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops system, subsystem, and component requirements for propulsion systems and documents them in requirements databases.
• Performs functional analysis and coordinates system trade studies to define architecture and objectives.
• Coordinates project risk assessment and mitigation planning with the team and leadership.
• Communicates results through oral presentations and written reports with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
