Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Greenville, TX is seeking a Lead, Project Engineer to provide technical leadership for programs, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with the Program Manager and engineering teams.

This role requires directing cross-functional task leads, resource planning, and ensuring alignment with IMS/PWS. The position involves ensuring compliance, coordinating with manufacturing and HD&L, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, or similar) required.
• Graduate degree plus 7 years of related experience required.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior engineering and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience with seven or more of the listed areas: PDM, MITD, ELINT, COMINT, program planning, bidding/proposals, mission system installation, design and test, leadership, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership for assigned programs with Program Manager and Engineering Leadership.
• Direct cross-functional engineering task leads and manage resources, budget and schedule.
• Ensure technical compliance across interfaces including manufacturing and HD&L and act as primary technical contact for customers.
