Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, math, or related field plus 9+ years of engineering experience.
• Graduate Degree with 7+ years of engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across the program lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, verification, and transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated engineering plans, milestones, resource forecasts, and engineering inputs to program schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and meet program commitments.
• Establish and monitor technical performance measures, identify execution variances, and lead corrective actions.
• Manage technical risks and opportunities, including mitigation planning, ownership assignment, and tracking through closure.
