Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Lead, Project and Component Engineer for our Canoga Park, CA facility. You will drive multiple project phases, manage cost/schedule/tech performance, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure program success.

You will communicate with customers, develop robust solutions, and brief management on project status. Travel up to 30% and potential security clearance required are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of engineering experience, or 7+ years with a graduate degree.
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of related engineering experience accepted.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and project cost/schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project phases and drive cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Communicate with customers and participate in customer sessions.
• Develop and monitor project plans aligned with program goals.
