SyberJet Aircraft is seeking a Principal Propulsion & Fuel Systems Engineer to lead integration of advanced propulsion and fuel systems on our aircraft programs. This role requires strong FAA certification experience and knowledge of Part 23/25 processes, plus systems safety.

The engineer will guide design teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure certification readiness, test planning, and documentation to deliver safe, certifiable, and manufacturable propulsion solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Propulsion Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in aircraft turbofan propulsion system design and integration.
• Experience supporting FAA certification (Part 23 or Part 25) and DERs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead propulsion and fuel system integration across programs.
• Define system-level requirements and interfaces for propulsion and fuel systems.
• Coordinate supplier selection and certification readiness.
• Ensure subsystems align with engine/fuel integration needs.
• Support FAA certification planning and documentation.
• Develop test plans and analyze results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the design team.
