Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Proposal Writer II to join our Business Development and Production team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on developing compelling, compliant narratives that help MV win new contracts across North America.

You will collaborate with operations, safety, finance, and subject matter experts to transform complex solutions into evaluator-focused content, manage procurement responses, and guide content strategy and quality assurance throughout proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of proposal/technical/business writing experience.
• Experience responding to public-sector procurements is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interviewing and information-gathering capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposal narratives for transportation procurements.
• Analyze RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and related documents.
• Develop customized, persuasive content aligned with client requirements.
• Incorporate win themes and differentiators into responses.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency with corporate objectives.
