Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support federal government and commercial bids in the Greenville/Spartanburg/Anderson area. You will work with the Proposal Manager to ensure milestones are met, oversee publishing, production, and delivery, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders through the full proposal lifecycle.

Responsibilities include creating production plans, managing schedules, and ensuring proper formatting and graphics.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent and six years of related experience, or ten years total with no degree.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the role.
• Ability to learn applicable local, state, and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP instructions and manage desktop publishing, production, and delivery with Proposal Manager.
• Coordinate and distribute RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/Amendments/Final Proposals to teams and subcontractors.
• Create Proposal Production Specification Sheet, Delivery Plan, and Submission Checklists.
• Review and update the proposal schedule with realistic deadlines for publishing, reviews, and edits.
• Perform template creation, desktop publishing, and formatting on proposal volumes/sections.
• Maintain configuration and version control of all proposal files.
• Prepare files for reviews and consolidate reviewer comments.
• Coordinate administrative and logistics tasks across the proposal process.
• Support proposal site administration (SharePoint or other tools).
• Develop and maintain proposal responsibility matrix and action tracker.
• Prepare and update wall boards as required by proposal instructions.
