Job summary

EnSafe in Tampa, FL, seeks a full-time Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex federal and commercial proposals across multiple offices. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, manage deadlines, and ensure the EnSafe brand standards are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in A/E/C, with proficiency in InDesign and the Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suites. Experience writing proposals with AI/ChatGPT, strong writing skills, and Shipley process

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
Proficiency in InDesign.
Experience writing proposals using AI/ChatGPT.
Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Creative writing skills required.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize requests, and set expectations.
Familiarity with the Shipley Review process.
Graphics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex proposals for federal and commercial solicitations.
Schedule to meet tight deadlines and lead proposal meetings.
Write/edit project descriptions, resumes, and technical content.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
Incorporate feedback to meet EnSafe brand standards.
Collaborate with technical staff to strengthen proposals.
