Job summary

EnSafe is seeking a full-time Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex federal and commercial proposals across multiple offices, including Pensacola, FL. You will collaborate with engineering, science, and marketing teams to craft compelling, compliant responses that win work.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years in the A/E/C industry, with strong InDesign, AI-assisted writing, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency in InDesign.
• Experience writing proposals using AI/ChatGPT.
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe’s Creative Suite.
• Creative writing skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize requests, and set expectations.
• Competent in working in a challenging environment while prioritizing time management.
• Familiarity with the Shipley Review process.
• Graphics experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development of complex proposals for federal and commercial solicitations.
• Schedule to meet tight deadlines.
• Lead meetings, assign tasks, and manage the performance of the proposal team.
• Write/edit project descriptions, resumes, and highly technical information.
• Comply with client requirements and deadlines.
• Incorporate reviews/feedback before submission to meet EnSafe brand standards.
