Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the A/E/C industry
• Proficiency in InDesign
• Experience writing proposals using AI/ChatGPT.
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe’s Creative Suite.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize requests, and set expectations.
• Competent in working in a challenging environment while prioritizing time management.
• Familiarity with the Shipley Review process.
• Graphics experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex proposals for federal and commercial solicitations.
• Schedule tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Lead meetings, assign tasks, and manage the proposal team.
• Write/edit project descriptions, resumes, and technical content.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Incorporate reviews to meet EnSafe brand standards.
