Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and manage software proposals and purchase agreements for domestic and international customers. You will own the end-to-end process, write and respond to RFIs, and coordinate across BD, marketing, engineering, and product teams to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions.

The role requires 3–5+ years of proposal management experience, a strong technical background in AI/robotics, and the ability to work with DoD and international customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proposal management experience, including government and international customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Exposure to proposal methodologies such as Shipley.
• Outstanding academic achievement and strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Own proposal efforts for Shield AI product lines from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate across BD, marketing, engineering, program, and product management to ensure compliant proposals.
• Develop compelling proposals, RFIs, abstracts, and quad charts; manage documentation and compliance matrices.
• Support account executives to close deals and drive revenue growth.
