Job summary

SYNC Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our 328-unit Class-A community. The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and customer service skills, with 4+ years in property management and a valid driver’s license. On-site position overseeing maintenance, leasing, and on-site staff. Prior ResMan experience is a plus.

The Property Manager will lead daily operations, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring resident satisfaction and curb appeal across the community.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Property Manager role
• Valid Driver's License required
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
• Experience with property management software such as ResMan is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team and HR functions and oversee maintenance staff and vendor services.
• Track budgeting, reporting, and utility management; manage leases and renewals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction, address complaints, and maintain curb appeal.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
