The position is on-site and part of a growing, locally owned firm. The ideal candidate has proven property management experience, proficiency in Yardi, strong leasing and retention skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager in residential settings.
• Strong leasing and retention skills with customer focus.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Solid working knowledge of Yardi software; day-one proficiency expected.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a residential community under 200 units.
• Manage resident relationships, leasing, and team collaboration with Leasing Pro, Maintenance Supervisor, and Technician.
• Oversee work orders, vendor coordination, and projects to stay on track.
• Maintain accurate lease files and financial reporting in Yardi.
• Coordinate with HOA and report to Regional Manager weekly.
