Qualifications

• High school diploma; HVAC certification or training preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in property maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• HVAC certification or hands-on HVAC repair/troubleshooting experience required.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively work with a team of maintenance technicians to complete tasks effectively.
• Perform hands-on maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting as needed.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for compliant property upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections and address work orders to ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule activities with minimal disruption.
• Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Train and mentor staff on techniques, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods.
