Job summary

The B. F. Saul Company and Affiliates invites an experienced Lead Engineer to Hampden House in Bethesda, MD.

You will maintain the property and deliver superior resident service while performing repairs across systems and trades to uphold quality standards. Five+ years in engineering with strong customer service, the ability to lift 60 lbs and work up to 25 feet, and a high school diploma are required. The role is open 24/7 with overtime eligibility; salary ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour,

Qualifications

• Five or more years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills.
• Must lift 60 lbs and move appliances safely.
• Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet.
• Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property and provide superior customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs and tasks across heat pump systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
• Attend the communityâs 24/7 schedule with possible overtime.
