Saul Centers, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer for Hampden House in Bethesda, MD.

Under the supervision of the Chief Engineer, you will maintain the property and deliver superior resident service, performing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related maintenance tasks. The candidate should have five+ years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills, be able to lift 60 lbs, and work at heights up to 25 feet.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and move appliances safely.
• Comfort with heights up to 25 feet; experience in multifamily or hospitality environments preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform split system heat pump repairs and general building maintenance.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning and related duties.
• Attend to 24/7 community needs; overtime may be required.
