Job summary

Tessera is seeking a passionate and supportive Lead Property Inspector to lead a team of inspectors and coordinate complex property evaluations on a Fort Stewart, GA site. The role emphasizes compliance with AR 405-45, data accuracy in GFEBS, and proactive scheduling to meet contract objectives.

You will supervise day-to-day inspection activities, review data for quality, and provide training to inspectors on procedures, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of real property management in government preferred; specialized vocational, technical, or other formal training may be substituted in part for experience.
• Strong knowledge of AR 405-45 and Army real property inventory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of GFEBS reporting and data management functions.
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Knowledge of CFOA audit requirements and real property accountability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Property Inspectors.
• Develop and manage inspection schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review inspection data for accuracy and compliance with AR 405-45.
• Prepare inspection status reports and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with DPW representatives regarding inspection activities.
