Job summary

Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) seeks a seasoned Maintenance Program Lead/ GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to support Fort Stewart operations in Georgia. The role focuses on establishing and administering the GFEBS preventive maintenance program and acting as the primary GFEBS expert for contract compliance.

Ideal candidate has extensive GFEBS experience, PM coordination skills, and a strong understanding of military installation processes. Excellent English proficiency and U.S. residency required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience successfully establishing and managing a GFEBS Preventive Maintenance Program on a military installation.
• Minimum of three years of GFEBS experience, including at least one year supporting an O&M contract exceeding $10 million annually.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English effectively.
• Must be a legal U.S. resident and able to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI background investigation for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the GFEBS Preventive Maintenance Program for the installation.
• Perform GFEBS transactions supporting master data management, MRP, PM orders, work orders, reporting, and goods receipts.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and work order workflows with area leads.
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and closeout of maintenance activities in GFEBS.
• Serve as the primary GFEBS point of contact with COR/ACOR.
• Maintain required GFEBS system access roles and support program compliance.
