Job summary

Tessera is seeking a Real Property Inspector in Fort Stewart, GA to conduct facility inspections and ensure inventory accuracy in accordance with AR 405-45. You will maintain RE80 data, coordinate with installation staff, and support audit readiness with precise documentation.

Qualified candidates possess at least 3 years in property accountability, GIS familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate government vehicles are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with real property accountability and GFEBS (RE80)
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems
• Knowledge of SAP applications (GFEBS) and CFOA audit requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate government vehicles

Responsibilities

• Conduct real property facility inspections per AR 405-45 requirements
• Inspect buildings to validate inventory records and identify discrepancies
• Enter inspection results into GFEBS RE80 and maintain records
• Coordinate with facility occupants and installation personnel during inspections
• Maintain keys and report lost or missing keys promptly
• Prepare documentation for audit compliance and support annual inspection goals
