Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Community Manager to drive leasing, occupancy, and resident service excellence across a student housing asset. You will lead site team members, manage budgets, coordinate with the Regional Director - Operations, and strive to maximize NOI while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in property management, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and a completed full leasing cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles required; preferably in student housing.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle in previous position.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required.

Responsibilities

• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and provide guidance to your team by setting expectations and monitoring performance.
• Identify development needs and coach, mentor, or help your team improve their knowledge or skills.
• Manage performance concerns, disciplinary action, and conflicts with HR.
• Lead daily staff meetings and weekly 1:1s; recruit, interview, hire, and promote employees.
