Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or related field.
• Four years of professional property appraisal experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and Appraiser Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and train staff; supervise work and assign tasks.
• Administer appraisal methods to value land, improvements, and personal property.
• Prepare reports, data files, and correspondence related to valuations.
• Conduct field visits to review property values and conditions.
• Respond to inquiries from taxpayers and stakeholders regarding valuations.
• Participate in property tax appeals and defend office valuations.
