Job summary

Clay Today is seeking a dependable Project Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across the Texas Panhandle and West Texas. You will coordinate daily jobsite activities with Project Managers, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to read plans, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with subcontractors, deliveries, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction is a must.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet project deadlines.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Daily job site operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, deliveries, and materials.
• Manage the complete project from start to finish.
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to plans and specifications.
• Communicate as needed with Project Managers, subcontractors, and crews.
• Complete daily reports and daily project documentation.
• Be able to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
