Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler 2 to advance complex project schedules. The role involves on-site reviews, drafting, updating, and mentoring teammates, aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The candidate should have 3+ years of scheduling experience, strong knowledge of scheduling software, and the ability to train others. Regular site visits and collaboration with project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years planning and scheduling experience (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• May require periods of travel and/or relocation.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective scheduling practices and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning and scheduling process.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training content and course preparation for scheduling training.
• Visits job sites regularly to review job status and update the project schedule.
