Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Scheduling Lead to join our global project and cost management consultancy. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days on project site outside Rockingham, NC.

You will build schedules with full scope and milestones, establish WBS ownership, baseline plans, manage updates, and lead planning sessions. The position emphasizes QRA experience on critical projects and mentoring the team to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Experience with Primavera P6 software.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• QRA experience on Data Center or Mission Critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules with full scope, milestones and timelines.
• Define WBS ownership and responsibilities.
• Ensure schedule alignment with the project execution plan and control strategy.
• Baseline schedules and manage periodic updates.
• Lead Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates with analysis and reporting.
• Resource load schedules as required by the project team.
• Mentor and lead the project team to deliver client value.
