Job summary

Summit Line Construction in Utah is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead the development and maintenance of detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules for high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substation projects. You will work closely with management, project managers, field supervision, and procurement to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

You will develop master schedules, break them into 3-week look-ahead plans, and establish baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated scheduling experience.
• Minimum 3 years in project scheduling, electrical infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 to independently build, baseline, update, and report schedules.
• Familiarity with CPM, total float, and critical path identification.
• Experience producing TIAs and schedule narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules for high-voltage projects.
• Create master schedules and 3-week look-ahead schedules with accurate resource loading.
• Establish baselines and track progress, performing float and critical path analyses.
• Prepare TIAs for change orders and weather events for review by stakeholders.
• Generate schedule reports and communicate updates to project teams.
